Shannon College graduate, Mary Powell, and the team at Cromleach Lodge were awarded €6,000 worth of business supports at the recent Web-Check Challenge Awards, a Fáilte Ireland e-Business initiative.

Cromleach House General Manager, Nicholas Ryan and Marketing Manager, Mary Powell, picked up the award for their participation in  Web-Check  to further develop their website and implement practical measures to create e-business solutions for their business.

Shannon College graduate Ciaran Fahy, Managing Director of The Cavendish Hotel in London, and his staff have scooped the award for “Outstanding Customer Service” at the prestigious Visit London Awards 2009.

The Cavendish Hotel was selected for the Gold Award by a panel of experts from a notable line-up of entries, including Madame Tussauds and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
