The
Shannon College campus provides students with a range
of services and facilities designed to support the
learning environment. Chief among them are the library
facilities. The College library offers an extensive
collection of print and electronic resources relating
to the study of business management and the international
hospitality industry. The library is open weekdays from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. and provides students with extensive
reference and enquiry services, inter-library loan
facilities and access to journal databases.
Internet
facilities are available to all students once they
have registered at the College. A wide variety of software
is installed on the computers located in the computer
suite and language laboratory. The multimedia
language laboratory is utilised extensively by students,
as language training and tutorials are a key element
of all academic programmes at Shannon College.
