Graduate’s Hotel Wins Excellence Award
Shannon graduate, Nicky Logue, and his team at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, Killiney, received a Business Excellence Award at the recent Fáilte Ireland Optimus 2010 Awards ceremony. There were 20 hotels and other establishments recognised with awards at the ceremony. The Optimus programme, developed by Fáilte Ireland, aims to help tourism establishments, including hotels, to achieve excellence in every aspect of their business by providing a practical approach to improving the quality, value and delight that visitors experience during their stay in Ireland.
