Graduate’s Hotel Scoops “Visit London” Award

Shannon College graduate Ciaran Fahy, Managing Director of The Cavendish Hotel in London, and his staff have scooped the award for “Outstanding Customer Service” at the prestigious Visit London Awards 2009.

The Cavendish Hotel was selected for the Gold Award by a panel of experts from a notable line-up of entries, including Madame Tussauds and the Victoria & Albert Museum. The award was given to The Cavendish Hotel for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer service improvement strategy over the past four years, resulting in customer satisfaction scores of over 95%.
